Mobinil names Prime as advisor, says final word in January
Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil) 
(EMOB) said in a statement sent to EGX that its BOD decided in its meeting on 17/12/2009 to assign Prime Capital as independent financial advisor.
Prime capital will be responsible of providing independent evaluation for mandatory offer made by France Telecom owned unit “Orange Participations” to buy 100% of Mobinil. Such evaluation shall be reported before January 5, 2009.

Subsequently, Mobinil BOD will issue a statement highlighting its opinion about offer importance and effects on Mobinil and its employees before January 9, 2009.
